Investor Program

Background
The Immigrant Investor Program was established to offer wealthy, successful business persons an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Canadian permanent residency and provide business persons the flexibility they require to further their business and family endeavours.

To qualify for this Program you must:

• a personal net worth of CAD$800,000,
• three (3) years previous business experience, and
• undertake to make a deposit in a Canadian government approved fund for five (5) years, without interest. Currently, this deposit amount is CAD$400,000.

Flexible Options
The Canadian government, in partnership with Canada’s largest banking institutions, provides you a number of low-cost options for making this deposit depending on your circumstances at that time.

For example, since business persons may have all their capital tied up in business or non-liquid assets, the Canada government allows you the option to finance their deposit from a Canadian bank and only pay the interest.

What is also attractive about this Program, is that you do not choose your deposit option until after you have been accepted by Canada government in this Program.
